**The Unit runs on 12VDC. (your brake light power)

**It comes with a programming remote and instructions.

**The unit wires into your brake light power. Pressing your brake begins to scroll your message and will continue to scroll as long as you are stopped. (We have been assured that the fact that the unit scrolls only when your vehicle is at a stop makes it legal in all 50 states.) Check your local laws if you have question.
The Scrolling License Frame can also be wired to run continuously by connecting to parking lights or any "hot" 12V line in the car. This would be perfect for use in a car show or other parked display of your car. Driving your car while a message is scrolling on the back, however, is a ticketable offense in most states.
